What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website and when do we collect it?

In case of suspicious behaviour by you or concerns about the security of our female travel companion we may ask you for a proof of accommodation corresponding with the booking. We may ask the customer for further documents if our systems report a possible fraud.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To quickly reply to your contact messages and booking enquiries and to process your transactions and contracts.
- To send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.
- To follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email or optional phone inquiries). We will only give you a call, if you have asked for a phone call by appointment. Else we will only contact you by email.
We may use the information we collect from you when you place an order or sign a contract in the following ways:
- To identify you to protect the card companies, payment gateway providers, our company and you against possible fraud.
- To control your signature and the legality of a contract.
- To confirm that you are of legal age and permitted by law to use our services.
- To protect our female companions against possible crimes.
How do we protect visitor information?
Our payment gateway providers use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply via this website is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our own servers. We never ask for credit card numbers on our own website.
All identification documents will be stored in encrypted files separated from the webserver.
Do we use ‘cookies’?

Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users. We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site, but use Google Analytics with anonymized ips.
