What personal information do we collect from the people who visit our website and when do we collect it?

In the case of suspicious behavior by you or concerns about the security of our female travel companions, we may ask you for a proof of accommodation corresponding with the booking. We may ask the customer for further documents if our systems or the systems of our payment service providers report a possible fraud.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To quickly reply to your contact messages and booking inquiries and to process your transactions and contracts.
- To send periodic emails regarding your order or other products and services.
- To follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email or optional phone inquiries). We will only give you a call if you have asked for a phone call by appointment. Else we will only contact you by email for your discretion.

- To control your signature and the legality of a contract.

How do we protect visitor information?
Our payment gateway providers use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply via this website is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Server firewalls and website firewalls protect our environment further. We use two-factor-authentication as an additional security layer.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All credit card transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our own servers. We never ask for credit card numbers on our own website, and we will never store your card data.
All identification documents will be stored in encrypted files separated from the web server.
