We’d like to give you a few pointers how you can keep your edge while you’re away, thus looking after yourself how you should.
Keep trim in the gym
Most of you will be staying in five-star accommodation when you’re away. That's particularly true if you’re here on our travel escorts site looking for companionship! So you can afford the best? So what’s stopping you going to the gym when you’re on holiday? You don’t have to do it slavishly like you do at home you know. If you’re away for a week, why not just take a couple of visits in the morning after your breakfast. You only need to spend an hour in there to stay in reasonable shape. You should never over think your personal fitness when you’re on holiday anyway. It’s called a vacation for a reason. Now all you need is the motivation. That dinner last night should help you there!
Keep trim when there is no gym
There isn’t always a gym. Either that or it’s not always available at the right time etc. So what do you do? Well, you have a hotel room or apartment, so there’s always a place you can do some simple body weight exercises in private. Do a few press-ups in the morning, maybe some sit ups too. Or if there’s a pool, go for a morning swim. You will feel so much better for it, and you won’t have that guilty feeling, or struggle to get back in shape when you get home.
